Sam Perrie has had over 60 years experience in training of dogs and their ownners or handlers.
He exhibited his frist dog in 1946.
In 1950 he joined the Royal Army Veterinary Corps of the British Army and became the only British Soldier ever to pass the Army Dog Trainer test First Class (BII) as a private soldier.
During his service he trained and handled many different breeds of dogs in a variety of duties adn disciplines within the armed forces.
His other duties included the training of Bristh dog handlers and personnel from other countries in basic dog handling duties. Mr Perrie has made a lifetime study of dogs, their temperaments and their training requirements. During the past 58 years he has had no other employment expept in the care management and training of dogs all over the world. |
